First, industrial manufacturing has accelerated the process of urbanization in China and made people's lives more convenient. However, at the same time of rapid economic development, the exhaust gas and dust emitted by industrial manufacturing have also caused great pollution to the atmosphere, and caused great harm to the surrounding environment, and seriously affected the health of workers and surrounding residents.
Second, it is necessary to have a suitable dust removal equipment for their own conditions to complete the collection of exhaust gas and dust, reduce pollution to the environment.
That for different types of industrial dust, waste gas treatment technology is also different, so how should we choose? What factors should be considered in selecting a dust collector?
Third, the dust collector is the equipment that separates the dust from the flue gas called dust removal equipment. The performance of the dust collector is expressed in terms of the amount of gas that can be processed, the resistance loss of gas passing through the dust collector and the dust removal efficiency. At the same time, the price of the dust collector, the cost of operation and maintenance, the length of service life and the difficulty of operation management are also important factors to consider its performance. Dust collector is a common facility in boiler and industrial production.
Fourth, the selection of dust collector to comprehensively consider the dust removal efficiency, pressure loss, an investment, maintenance management and other factors. Pay special attention to the following issues
1. The selected dust collector must meet the emission concentration specified in the emission standards.
2, the physical properties of dust have a greater impact on the performance of the dust collector.
3. Dust concentration of gas. When the dust concentration of the gas is high, the initial purification equipment with low resistance should be set up before the electrostatic precipitator or bag precipitator to remove coarse dust particles.
4, gas temperature and other properties are also factors that must be considered when selecting dust removal equipment. High temperature, high humidity gas should not be used bag dust collector. The flue gas also contains gaseous pollutants such as SO2 and NO, so the wet dust collector can be considered, but the corrosion problem must be paid attention to.
5, when selecting the dust collector, it is necessary to consider the treatment of the captured dust at the same time.
6. Other factors
(1) Location of the equipment, available space, environmental conditions;
(2) A single investment in equipment (equipment, installation and engineering, etc.) as well as operation and maintenance costs.
